Download:
1-> Donwnload the .rar file and extract
2-> copy the file ping.cfg to the “cstrike” folder
3-> Open Counter Strike 1.6 and open your console
4-> paste this command : exec ping.cfg
5-> enter in the server

To your blog stay like that it´s simple just:
1-> Login in your blogger account
2-> go to the layout
3-> then choose Edit html
4-> with Ctrl+F(in IE) or Ctrl+G(in firefox) find this code : maxwidgets=’1′ showaddelement=’no’, then replace that code by this : maxwidgets=’10′ showaddelement=’yes’
5-> Find again another line with that code and do the same
6-> find this code : id=’mainsection’ showaddelement=’no’ and replace by this : id=’mainsection’ maxwidgets=’10′ showaddelement=’yes’
7-> Preview to see if there are no errors, if not save the template
8-> Go to Page elements and add the elements you want where you want
